Gizmodo : Review of the new color BlackBerry

Gizmodo : Review of the new color BlackBerry: "MSNBC review of the new color BlackBerry, the 7230, which has finally reached these shores. Reviewer Gary Krakow gives it high marks, saying that its color screen is 'terrific' and that, '[u]ntil someone comes up with something better, RIMs BlackBerry 7230 now sits at the top of the roost for wireless PDA/phone/email devices.'

Comment: Not if you're in the situation we are in here at Macadamian. We don't use exchange, and we use act! as our salesforce tool. With the RIM when replying there is no way to specicy a return to e-mail address with our service provider (Rogers), and there is no way to sync the RIM with Act 6.0 out of the box, all co included in this mess are finger pointing, Rogers, Act, Rim, Puma Tech. Now I'm a Thungsten|w user, it syncs with act and I have wireless e-mail. I don't use the phone since it's badly integrated, and I still miss the well designed RIM interface, the fact that you don't needs two hands to get things done kind of thing. With all its little problems, I still think my new device is making my life easier just for the act syncing."
